Karl Auer BA (ANU), Grad Dip Computing Studies (CQU)
Karl has over twenty-five years of experience in IT in Australia and Europe. He has extensive experience in network support, network administration, network management, analysis, design, and programming, including five years at the Australian National University and eight years with the Data Communications group at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology. He is one of Australia’s first IPv6 Forum Gold Certified trainers. He has personally trained hundreds of people in large private and government organisations in IPv6-related subjects. He is a Director of Nullarbor Consulting Pty Ltd, a member of SAGE-AU, and a member of the ACM. He was the inaugural Vice President of ISOC-AU and remains a member. Lis Shelley BA (ANU), Grad Dip Info Sys (UC), Cert IV (Training & Assessment)
Lis has over twenty years of experience as an IT consultant with expertise in software development, project management, support, training, technical writing, quality assurance, videoconferencing, website development and editing. Specialising in website design, business & technical writing & editing and training with Nullarbor Consulting Pty Ltd, Lis worked on IT projects for nine years in South East Asia and Europe in the private, tertiary education and research sectors before returning to Australia in 2005. She is also a Director of StageFlight which offers event management and theatrical training in South East NSW and is currently the festival coordinator for SHORT+SWEET Southeast NSW.
