Terms and Conditions

All Into6 Training course bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The terms “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Into6.

The terms “you” and “your” refer to Into6’s customer.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed only when Into6 has confirmed it in writing (including by email). We strongly suggest that you only make travel, accommodation or similar commitments regarding a course AFTER your booking has been confirmed, or purchase travel and accommodation that can be refunded in the event of a course cancellation.

We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

Payment Terms

Payment for any course must be made 7 days prior to the course commencement. We accept payment by direct deposit or company cheque. Government agencies may provide a Purchase Order. All prices are in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive unless otherwise stated.

Suitability

It is your responsibility to ensure that you choose courses that will meet your needs. Please contact us before booking to ensure that your expectations will be met.

It is your responsibility to ensure that attendees meet any prerequisites for courses you book. Attendees who do not meet the prerequisites for a course will not gain the most benefit from attending. Please contact us to discuss prerequisites to ensure that your expectations will be met.

Minimum and maximum student numbers

In general, we require a minimum of six and a maximum of twelve attendees in any one course. However, if you have special requirements, please contact us to discuss.

Cancellations

If we cancel a course

If we cancel an entire course, for any reason, a full refund will be made within fourteen days of receipt of a pro forma invoice from you.

If we cancel part of a course, for any reason except force majeure, a pro-rata refund will be made within fourteen days of receipt of a pro forma invoice from you.

If we must cancel part of a course due to force majeure, no refund will be made.

If you cancel a booking

If you cancel your booking more than ten business days before the scheduled course start, no fees are payable, and a full refund of any monies received will be made within fourteen days of receipt of a pro forma invoice from you.

If you cancel a booking between seven and ten business days before the scheduled course start, we will charge you 50% of the course fee.

If you cancel a booking seven or fewer business days before the scheduled course start, no refund will be made, and you will remain liable for 100% of the course fee.

In all cases you are welcome to make substitutes.

Refunds

Under no circumstances will we refund or make good any expenses other than monies actually paid to us in respect of a booking.

No refund is payable if a person fails to attend a course or leaves partway through a course.

We will advise you as soon as practicable (generally within five working days) of the amount of refund due, and we will pay any refund within fourteen days of receipt of a pro forma invoice from you.

Outstanding fees

Outstanding fees may arise when you cancel a booking less than ten days before the scheduled start date. In such cases we will invoice you. Our terms are 14 days nett.
